This is the day following my carb load, so my intention for the day, especially the first meal of the day is to keep the carbs low and shock the system back into fat burning ASAP.
6:00am
one tin of King Oscar sardines, no added salt
7:00am
Intense gym session, the core of which was two sets of five Russian Full Contact
Twists with 40kg on the bar, followed by 20 Twists with 20kg on the bar.
After some abs work and a few plate pullovers, I rounded off the morning with
120 Hindu Squats; these left my quads burning nicely.

calories
Not many calories, but I wasn't hungry at all.
